Payments & Ordering
We will accept orders from anywhere in the world, using Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit or debit cards. We also accept PayPal (payee appears as email@example.com). We are always looking for ways to make ordering more convenient for our customers. If you have other payment methods you’d like to request, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only charge sales tax on items shipped to California. Shipments to all other areas are tax-free.
Tracking Your Order
You will get 2 emails after your order is placed. The first is an Order Confirmation, which has your order number and purchase info and confirms your order is processing. The second is an Order Completion, which has the tracking number for your shipment.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
If you wish to change or cancel your order, email us as soon as possible at email@example.com or call (562) 267-9009. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel or change it. However, if it has already shipped you will have to go through the return/refund process. See our Shipping & Returns page for more information.
