How long does shipping take?

Items shipped via UPS Ground (which includes all “Free Shipping over $25” orders) should arrive within 4-10 business days. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands may take longer. Shipments via UPS Air will should arrive within 1-4 business days.

Is there a shipping minimum?

There is no minimum limit on number of items we will ship. However, if you want free shipping, you must purchase at least $25.00 (USD) worth of products, not including tax and shipping charges.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at this time

Do you process orders right away?

We process orders Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, in the order they are received. Orders received after 12:00pm PT will not be processed until the following business day.

What should I do if there is an issue with my order?

I’m having trouble getting the pump to pop up on my bottle. What should I do?

The pumps on our bottles should pop up after a slight counter-clockwise twist. If you have any trouble, try grabbing the bottom part of the nozzle and tightening it clockwise as much as possible, then turning the top part counter-clockwise. It should then pop up. For a visual aid, check out this quick video. Also note, our Hair Hydrator has a small plastic lock that must be turned to the side to work properly. What is your return policy?

When you receive your item, inspect it carefully. If you believe it has any defects or is incorrect, send it back unused within 30 days for a full refund. To get your refund, first obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) by calling our Customer Service staff at (562) 267-9009 or by emailing us at The RA# must be written on the shipping label. All items will be inspected before refunds are issued, and the Returns Department retains full discretion on granting of refunds. RA# is good for 14 days only.

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

Contact Customer Service by calling (562) 267-9009 or emailing If your order has not processed yet, we will do our best to change it for you. If it has already shipped, you can send it back to us once you receive it. But you must do so within 30 days. Also, the item(s) must be unused, and you must pay the full shipping and handling fee, plus a 15% restocking fee, before receiving your refund or exchanged merchandise. Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) before sending your return.

Where are your products from?

Our products are made at state-of-the-art facilities in Japan. They are then shipped to our AW Blackwood (USA), Inc. headquarters in La Mirada, California. From there, they are distributed across the United States and around the world.

What is your animal testing policy?

We never test our products on animals at any stage of our research, development, or production processes. Therefore we guarantee that all Blackwood™ For Men products are cruelty-free.
